PranArise Yogdance blends the power of music with the medicine of movement to open the heart, mind, body & soul.

This is a FUN and easeful way to move our bodies, gradually increase our heart rate, without the pounding and pushing of more traditional “workouts".

Using a curated music flow and guided imagery, you will be led on a journey of movement into each of the seven chakras, from root (muladhara) to crown (sahasrara); aligning with the energies of earth, water, fire, air and spirit.

While PranArise can be a joyful experience, this type of embodiment practice can also be a powerful and cathartic healing experience. Somatic practices can be transformative when we release stress & blocked emotions and can create space to approach our life from a fresh, new perspective.
